BCU Property offers a high standard of Student Accommodation across Coventry.
Each property, from our 4 bedroom houses through to our 6 bedroom house, is decorated to a high standard, fully furnished with modern furnishings and equipped with everything students will need to enable them to work and relax in a comfortable environment.  They also have wireless broadband and TV licence included as standard. All have TVpoints in each bedroom.
Each bedroom contains a bed (a 'double' where space permits), a bedside chest of drawers, double wardrobe, shelving, desk and chair as standard. The furniture is very good quality and provides a home-from-home environment.
All houses are in safe neighbourhoods and within easy walking distance of Coventry and/or Warwick Universities or an appropriate bus stop. They have also been chosen for the nearby shopping facilities.
There is a £100 non-refundable reservation fee required to reserve all houses prior to 31st July. A deposit (equivalent to one month's rent) then becomes payable by 1st August and is protected by www.mydeposits.co.uk.
All tenants will need a guarantor to sign a Deed of Guarantee prior to signing the tenancy agreement.
The rental contract is from 1/9/12 to 30/8/13.
